Pittsburgh Injury Lawyers have gained a reputation for securing substantial judgments in court on behalf of personal injury victims. In an effort to assist aspiring personal injury lawyers with their educational expenses, we are pleased to announce an annual scholarship of $500. This scholarship will be awarded based on an essay competition centered around the topic of personal injury law.
Qualifications And Application Process
The scholarship opportunity is open to both undergraduate students aspiring to pursue a career in law and current graduate/law students. All applicants must be actively enrolled in a U.S. undergraduate, graduate, or law school program.

2023 Essay Topic
Over the past year, there has been a significant increase in sexual harassment and assault (both physical and sexual) lawsuits filed against rideshare companies. These companies consider their drivers as independent contractors. Should these companies be held accountable for any misconduct committed by their drivers or incidents involving their drivers? Explain your position with supporting arguments, including relevant case law and online articles.
